Still, a number of reviewers wonder if there's a point to combining some of the best luxury and off-roading ability available today. Automobile Magzine says the LX "is still a big, heavy, off-road ready truck wearing a badge isn't equated with dirt unless the boys down at the car wash missed a spot. What's the point?" Many other reviewers echo that view and see the LX as a good choice for a very small slice of the population: wealthy people who routinely two heavy loads and venture well off-road.
